Friday night was our Road Rally Scavenger Hunt. Fifteen youth turned out for this event where the teams were given a list of 70 items to find and either photograph or bring back.
Each team had approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to gather as many items as they could.
Here is a picture of our winning team as they pose on one of the items on the list.

I will add more photos as I get them in but these are representative of the general silliness and ingenuity that ran rampant throughout the event.
Some of the items on the list included old cellphones, shoes, canned goods, and pennies. I intentionally had placed these items on the list because they are items different ministries use in the church. Along with being a fun event, I wanted them to realize that we can do things at the same time that glorify and serve God.
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
We have to shift our thoughts and actions. We have to realize everything we do either adds to or detracts from God's kingdom here on earth. Even in our silliness, our day to day drudgery and our tough times, we can glorify God.
